Shopify are the worst company, They don't have any seller protection on Shopify payments. They are a joke of a company, we are furious how prople can do chargebacks and retrieve their full money back months later. Please anyone setting up a Website avoid Shopify at all costs.Regards Liam ariabikes
FURIOUS!!!!You allow any Tom, Dick or Harry to create a shop platform, link to media sites like instagram, sell goods that don't exsist, then they shut-up shop and take there earnings.... Meanwhile we're told 30 days delivery.. then when it hasn't arrived, we put a support ticket in and Shopify denies any responsibility and has no intention to refund... Shopfiy you are fraudulent in your own right!TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PLATFORM.
Avoid! The customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. After reporting a technical yet critical problem with my website I wasted 2 hours talking to agents using online chat who gave me wrong instruction then admitted they couldn't help. I was then passed to technical support who can only be talked to via email who wasted over 12 hours and 4 emails asking me to verify my identity and ignoring my responses. When asked for a number to call or to complain to was ignored. Still locked out of my own website!
Lists fraudulent company’s and takes no responsibility whatsoever.Regardless of whether they appear to have stock of an item you really want for your kids birthday, party etc. don’t be tempted. Stay clear of this platform and their gang of thieves.

Sold me a domain for my Shopify website; then their legal team contacted me to remove the domain due to infringement rights!!! They sold me the domain!!! Wont be using Shopify from now on. Email regarding refund not.responded to.
