Review Time
I have literally never been unsatisfied with this company. They usually always have the specific items im looking for and more. Not to mention there's always a sale when I go to shop, so I always end up getting a huge haul two or three times a year. And it only takes about a week for my things to arrive. I don't mind the wait. There hasn't been a single item I've disliked or wanted to return!! I just love it. The only con I would have it that they sell out of small items super quickly but this doesn't happen to me that often. But it would be nice to see quicker restocks.
I haven't even gotten an email about my order being shipped out and it's been over a week. I email them multiple times and I get nothing back. Terrible customer service, will never buy here again. Even websites based out of china ships faster than the,.
A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase of 184$ it took two weeks to come even though I paid for express shipping! Then once the package came I had to pay an extra 40$ even though I paid 60$ for shipping already, the quality is crap and the service there is horrible! I returned my package and tell me how I only recived 75$ when I paid 184$ I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from here both me and my friend are highly Unsatisfied
I ordered a product that unfortunately was defective. I emailed them to notify them of the defective item. I received an email the next day from their customer service rep who apologized and had a new one already sent to me and they also sent me the tracking information. All this was done before I even shipped back the defective item. I was so pleased with the way this was handled and also how quickly. I definitely recommend. :)
I've never ever had waited this long just to have something PACKAGED. Not even shipped... waited nearly 2 weeks just to find out my package hasn't even been sent out..very quick to process my payment though.. talked to two representatives and they both told me different shipment dates.. and "it was delayed because Christmas season" from what I seen there was many reviews complaining about the same thing and it wasn't a holiday season.. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.
My experiences with Shop Priceless have been pretty fair. The clothing was extremely modern and trendy. I just hated waiting so long (nearly two weeks) for my package. Also, just keep in mind that their sizing that I've seen in many bottoms and even certain tops of a particular material can come smaller (at least in my experience) than you think, so it's best to check over their sizing guide before purchasing. My only complaint is that I just wish that they'd expand their clothing size a bit more. After observing their sizing chart, I've concluded that much of their clothing is more geared towards petite sized women (given their petite models and whatnot). I'm not a petite woman and neither am I on the brink of obesity and it's always been hard to find clothes that suit me. I'd like to wear clothes that fit accordingly or close to that. But overall, it's fairly decent.
Beware of their "Final Sale" items. They purposefully mark defective and counterfeit merchandise as "final sale", to make a profit and rip off customers. When you reach out to them about the fake products you received, they'll tell you "sorry there's nothing we can do. We don't refund or exchange sale items." They even lied to me and tried claiming that some of the full-price items I purchased were "final sale" and non-returnable.. when they clearly were not!! Many of their items look NOTHING like the website photos and their "sizing measurements" are all made up. One Medium dress I received fit like an XS, so when I went to measure it, the actual measurements were completely different from the one listed on the description. Another dress I bought was made of thin cotton and NOT polyester/spandex blend like they claimed. It looked like a piece of cloth poorly stitched together. And to top it all off... they sent me leggings that had a hole in them... and a scarf that smelled like cat urine!!! I'm not even kidding you. I'm still in shock. The way they handled the situation was even worse: I was profoundly offended by customer service's unwillingness to recognize, offer a solution, or even APOLOGIZE for the subpar/ fake products they are deceiving their customers with. So do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this awful retailer!
I've bought multiple items from ShopPriceless. Great customer service. Items arrived on time and I also record a gift (pair of earrings or bracelet). Definitely appreciated that and made me feel as if they personally took care of each customer. I've recommended them to everyone in Columbus, GA.
I've ordered from this company several times and the clothes are great quality and really cheap. Only once I got a dress that was too small (which was probably my fault anyway) but I ended up giving it to a friend. Anyway, there's a dress that I wanted SO bad but I was having trouble ordering it online. I called customer service and the girl was super helpful. So helpful in fact that she helped me order it over the phone. I absolutely recommend this site and clothes!
