I ordered some outfits for a trip without realizing they might not be in on time. I reached out to the team and I was received my packages almost a week before I leave! Amazing customer service! The clothing pieces are amazing as well great qualify!
I placed a large order and three items did not fit me. I reached out to customer service and they helped me find a solution quickly with a store credit/return. I loved everything in my order, quality was great. Just sizing details would be more helpful in the reviews/product descriptions since they source from various merchandisers (so sizing varies). XS options would also be great, as well as short options for denim jeans. The company was open to feedback and very responsive.
So grateful to Marie for the excellent customer service. I placed an order and put to the wrong size on my order - but she took care of it right away and got it out the same day. I wore it on my vacation and got a bunch of complements. Thanks Marie!
Shop Priceless has lost me as a customer for good. They offer promo codes but don’t tell you how much the discount will be until you add your items to cart and enter the code. There were a few pieces I was interested in so I added them to cart and entered the promo code to see how much the items would be after discount. The only way to do that is to click “check out”. But when you click “check out” you’re automatically taken to a third party service called “Shop” that handles the check out process. If you’ve used Shop before, all your cc info is automatically stored. I’ve used it for other online purchases. The “pay now” button is very close to where you enter the promo code and my thumb accidentally grazed it causing me to check out when I didn’t want to. I immediately sent an email to Shop Priceless and asked if they could cancel my order if it was accidentally placed and they said their policy is no cancellations on any orders but I could return the items (on my own dime) for store credit. I know it’s their policy but I also know that they as a business can cancel an order in good faith (and not lost me as a loyal customer). The worst part is I didn’t even get a chance to enter the promo code so I paid full priced for items I didn’t even end up liking. I don’t want to bother with the hassle and cost of returning them and I definitely do not want store credit because I will never shop at this online boutique again. Even Shein offers free returns and refunds back to your card.
