Review Time
It was my first time ordering from them. I placed a large order and many of the items were not true to the size chart and were very oversized for me. When I returned the items, the customer service (by email) was very good, and they offered to refund me as a one time courtesy since I did not realize their returns were for credit only. My returns arrived on 09/02 and 09/08. I reached out to them again on 09/12 via email and they replied to say they would try to locate my return packages for a refund before I get charged again via AfterPay again for items I already returned. I have not heard anything since this day, I also left voicemails on all available customer service extensions and no one returns my calls. What is the point of dedicating a phone number that no one answers? I will not shop from here again. There are larger companies with high volumes of orders that process returns more timely.
Where do I even start. Got a coupon code and saved on my purchase. The wait for processing was long but totally worth it. I bought three shackets, leather shorts and snakeskin cowgirl boots and everything fit like a glove! I have NEVER had this kind of luck with online shopping. I’m 5’5” and 160lbs, curvy size medium and everything fit true to size and the quality is impressive. I’m a customer for life. Can’t wait until the fall weather commences so I can rock my new clothes!!! Priceless!
LOVE that I found this shop!! This isn't my first purchase and certainly won't be my last. While sometimes I get a little sad when things sell out super quickly from a new drop, I know it just means it's highly sought-after and you're actually buying for the shop appropriately rather than letting things sit. On top of that, unlike many other online clothing shops your waitlist actually works and notifies me when my size is back in stock, which is super helpful and keeps me coming back. Overall, I'd give 6/5 stars if I could!
Their clothes are super cute being it was my first time ordering my sizing was a little off and I had unfortunately missed the return window due to the end of school year being super busy with my four kids and they allowed me to still return my item for a store credit.
