Found them through a blogger on pinterest and am now reminded why I don't give many websites that aren't well known a chance. Cheap quality like no other, can't believe this place even exists. Stick to Shein, Boohoo, and Missguided. This place is horrible and they will get you with "final sale" to keep you from returning poorly made items. Good reviews on the website are obviously them or friends, not real customer reviews.
I have ordered from this retailer three times. Each time I have had an issue with an order whether it be stuff is cheap quality, the sizing is way off, and now today a ripped item of clothing. The worst part is if you want to return anything you have to pay shipping and they only give you a merchandise credit. I am so angry and frustrated. I returned an item that I didn’t know was final sale and they simply told me “you cannot return this” yet they never sent it back to me or tried to figure out a way to ship it back to me so I gave a product back to them with nothing in return. Avoid this retailer at all cost! Shein or Romwe honestly has better clothing
I'm going to give them a 3 star and I will explain why. A few years ago, I would say around 2014/2015 I found them by a search on Instagram/Pinterest looking for some unique pieces. I did buy 2 Items from their website. A vegan leather jacket with studs which has lasted a very long time and I do enjoy it very much plus it is very warm. Also, I purchased a purple dress for a wedding, which is one of my favorite dresses. Fast forward around a year ago or so. I ordered 3, as the website strictly stated and I also sent a DM to the Instagram page, were full length to the waist turtlenecks. I ordered them in large (for reference I am around 120 lbs at 5'4) just to be safe. They came in and were clearly CROP TOPS. It took me almost a month to return them and receive a refund. I would give them a third chance for sure, but size up ladies, size up! also, make sure you immediately try the pieces on and send back, they do run you around a little and it can be frustrating. They also have really good sales like every day which is really fun. all in all, an average company with cute pieces, they should be more transparent though. <3
This is the first time I have bought abroad and it's the last. I understand that customs fees were to be paid and I paid them when I bought them however I got the surprise of a 30€ bill extra when my product arrived. I was told that they had forgot to give me the customs paper and this is why I have to pay extra. When I asked they told me they didnt know anything about this. It's a complete fraud. This will be the first time I leave a harsh comment but it has been the worst shipment I have experienced. I was told to find out what paper it was. A good customer service would know it at least find out, especially if you want to conserve your customer.
If you're researching shop priceless before buying from them... I'm here to tell you DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have bought three things from them and have a couple of observations to share:1. Terrible quality shoes: the straps are rough and cut into skin leaving blisters and welts after only a few blocks of walking.2. Scam online product review: they don't post negative reviews, I know because I have written a couple that never were posted. That's why some 'bestselling' items don't have any reviews.. because everyone hates them. 3. When these shoes cut my feet and I reached out to the company for a refund with pictures as proof of damage... they declined because I had worn the shoes.. like?!?! Further they labeled my blisters and cuts as 'some pain'. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are a sketchy, get-rich-quick wanna be by some losers that are trying to get big on instagram. Don't waste your money
I ordered a couple of items and overall they are bad quality. It's the type of quality you expect from a sketchy site! The clothes are completely translucent (including pants!) So you can't even wear them without showing off everything underneath. I also ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes but in different color and only one pair fits. So sizing is inconsistent.
