Customer service

I hope the quality of this product is outstanding. I had placed my order during the week Mid week hoping to get my tracking Number by end of the week so I Called & Mailbox is full. As far as customer service goes along way in this particular situation I feel it could've gone a lot further details , again I hope the product makes up for the inconvenience.

Broken zipper

I love everything I’ve gotten from this site, but my last order arrived and the zipper on my skirt was broken. I tried to return it, but when all was said and done, I’d only be receiving back $15 so it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

Unrealistic size guide

Unrealistic size guide. Size measurements equaled me out to size 5 in pants which is accurate for any other brand I buy, but spending $50 on a pair of high waisted jeans made me feel extremely obese. No room to sit, or move freely and looked awkwardly made. Update to your comment below: I can’t return what you won’t refund me for. I don’t want a store credit I want my money back.

Clothes have not arrived. Over 3 weeks late

Clothes are cute… but I won a contest and got a $500 gift card. I ordered the clothes and they were supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. I contacted Priceless as well as USPS and neither had info other than my package arrived at a facility 3 weeks ago. At this point I am wondering if my clothes are actually going to come.

Buyer Beware!! Horrible experience. This company charged me 9 dollars for a…

This company charged me 9 dollars for a shipping label. I paid over 20 dollars with shipping for an outfit and got a 6 dollar credit. Returns are pointless. They basically took my money. That is a ridiculous amount of money to charge for shipping one dress. I am so disappointed. I would have taken an exchange for a smaller dress. Do not buy from them. They have changed from 2017. I am so upset. There is not a customer service number where you can get a live person.See my other review as well. I am thankful I didn't order more clothes. Update : I received a curt message from the company about what their return policy “clearly states” though when they said they offered a “one time” courtesy return that shipping I did not know they would have been charging me 9 dollars for shipping one 15 dollar dress in the United States and deducting it from the shipping cost. How can return shipping be more than the shipping cost I paid for?

Not worth it

Trying to start a return is pointless. If something doesn’t fit you’re stuck with it. I paid full price for my order and still have not heard back about initiating a return. Unless you’re a size 2 don’t bother ordering from here.
