Inaccurate advertising and no refunds.My sister and I ordered a tip from this site that was shown on the 5’10” model to be a full length tank top. We ordered a size small which we were expecting to fit as a full length shirt seeing as we are only 5’3” and the size small on the model was full length.The product we received looks exactly like a sports bra, not even long enough to be considered a crop tank too let alone a full length tank top. As we went to return it we learned they do not do refunds and only take returns in exchange for store credit, but not only that, they also take out the cost of the return label from the store credit. So this $20+ shirt we ordered that did not match the picture, they would only return in exchange for $4 dollars of store credit.This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Would never recommend anyone spending their money here!
Would not recommend. Return policy is ridiculous. 1.) Kept my pants for “white pant on the bottom” but never showed me a picture and I wasn’t near any white paint. 2.) they don’t provide full “store credit” for an item they listed as One size. I’m typically a size small and it didn’t even fit me! It was a $71 “pearl crop top” and they gave me $51 store credit and won’t return my emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!
Absolutely love all the clothing from Priceless! The quality of the clothing is impeccable and will actually last a long time. My only issue is I wished they would offer size x-small especially in pants but other than that 10 out of 10 overall experience!!
I received my order quickly and everything fit exactly as expected. I am usually a small (5'1" 120lbs), sometimes a medium in certain clothes, but based off of reviews I went with my usual "small" and everything fit well and was of good quality. Can't wait to get dressed up with these outfits.
I’ve ordered from ShopPriceless many times. Their clothes are cute, stylish and of great quality. I have no complaints there! Recently I was shopping for NYE outfits during their After Christmas sale. I’m always last minute, so I wanted to order express shipping. Unfortunately I rushed through the checkout process, didn’t order through express shipping and forgot to add the coupon code! I contacted support and they got back to me within a few hours. The very next day everything was resolved. I was able to cancel my order, get refunded in two business days, re-order my stuff through express shipping (some things were out of stock which their team clearly explained to me might happen on two different occasions, so I was fully aware. I just ordered something similar) and I am now awaiting my orders arrival. I can’t say enough great things about how easy their team made things by being communicative, responsive and kind. I look forward to shopping here again for spring and summer!!!
