Please be careful with them 1st time ordering a $160 dress. Came here looking like the photos. Had to get a dressmaker to fix it urgently as it was for a wedding that happened that weekend. Had to pay her $160 as she was $40 an hour. And still couldn't wear it as it kept on breaking... So got a dress at the OP shop. They will only give me %50 credit back 🤬
I paid 20$ to have expedited shipping: it came quickly but the clothing material for one of the dresses was so cheap and I had paid nearly 100$ for it. The other dress was nice but was too big and I wanted to send it back and get a smaller size. It’s very off putting when you have to pay to receive a return label after you’ve already paid for expedited shipping and will then be having to pay to have an exchange sent AND you have have to print out your label- not like you can just send a barcode or something convenient for us having to pay that 15.95- no we have to further inconvenience ourselves and print it out. On top of that a nearly 100 dress feels like it’s from SHEIN. How cheap are you Jane Lu? What a horrible company.
The 2 consultants I spoke with were more the helpful, and helped me with my return and credit to my account as I needed to repurchase an item for an event with a strict timeline. I really cannot express how helpful and prompt they were. The best customer service I have experienced.
I ordered 3 dresses, they were all of great quality and shipped quickly. I only tried 2 of them on and they fit great...but when I eventually tried the 3rd on it was much too tight. That's when I realized the size was actually mislabeled on the dress and they had sent me a size smaller than what I ordered. I reached out to customer service, they replied immediately and granted store credit even though the timeframe for returns had passed. They even released the credit before receiving the item since they could see it was in transit. I would recommend Showpo to everyone!!!
Absolute rip off company! Cheap clothes and awful customer service with automated responses. I ordered 4 item 1 which was completely different to item I selected on the website and two other faulty items. Due to the CYCLONE in Australia I was not able to return them straight away and on top of that their return period for cash refunds is only 7 DAYS. I’m sure they have to catch people out like this because everyone probably returns the items they buy from there. Anyway Andrea the ‘Customer Happiness Team Leader’ would not help me at all and kept regurgitating the same narrative about their policies and would only award credit. Absolute joke, I will NEVER shop here again! Don’t waste your time and money on overpriced cheap clothes!
Horrible experience . The dress has such a bad fabric and was so transparent. I had to pay the shipping (around £18) and also I have to pay to return the item… wich will be pretty the same amount … avoid to but from this website . Poor quality and you spend money paying for shipping and returning and don’t have any item left. Basically £40 pounds spent for nothing and time as well .
Cheap quality dress received once again. The dress I recently received looks nothing like the photo, the front of the dress is gaping and the zip is flimsy. It also smelt like chemicals. I paid £87 for the dress plus shipping (£23) and they’re offering a £53 refund and said I need to pay for my own shipping. Absolute rip off for cheap quality clothes.I ordered with Showpo back in 2021 and had to return that item too because it was faulty and had threads hanging where the zip was. I remember having a nightmare with the return back then too, I had to chase for my return.
