I ordered a beautiful light pink dress but got a fuscia cheap looking dress. They told me I would get my money back, but after 3 weeks I still haven’t received anything. I would not recommend this site even tho the clothing looks beautiful.
I purchased a couple of dresses and tops from this website. While the styles and colors are beautiful, the quality is terrible. The color comes off after wearing the clothes, staining your skin, jacket, or anything else you pair them with. I regret wasting my money here—this website is a total scam. Be careful and avoid buying from them!
Astounded at the lack of customer happiness actually. I had a product that I returned within the window. I sent it back in my own packaging and Australia post envelope and have been refused a refund. They have agreed that as I sent it that way, I wouldn’t have been able to “opt” (nor did I see it) on the packing label my preference but they did the credit by default and said I couldn’t get my money back. In this financial climate and in this instance where the service guy said “oh you wouldn’t have selected it then” to just say too bad and hold my money is disgusting.This is an internal system error they can fix. They are refusing. There is no way I want to ever shop with Showpo again. The two agents were so unfriendly and unhelpful. Just a money grabbing business. Def lost a customer in me! Many ecomm businesses make it so easy and nice to return and exchange. Not these guys
The worst experience. Great brand terrible customer service. Their site failed my payment twice on two working cards and the bank says the merchant is at fault. Customer service don’t care and won’t help to resolve. It is not possible to order from this company and no help offered. Terrible experience shame to never shop here again.
