Do not buy from them. I’ve bought items from showpo before but they’ve gone down hill. They are absolutely terrible with returns. I returned a dress that I got a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. The worst part is that I’ve emailed them and they won’t give you any information on when to expect your refund, just that the carrier is delayed. Which I’ve tried to be understanding because mail carriers are struggling right now. But they’re offering no timeline for the refund. This dress was $96 so I’m irritated that I have to sit here and wait so long to get MY money back. Maybe I’ll get a refund tomorrow or maybe I’ll get one in 2 months, who knows! They sure don’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here again and suggest that you don’t either.
Terrible returns process. There was no indication that this company is based in Australia until I came to returning part of my order, not only the cost of returning to Aus but when I did my chosen courier deemed it 'unsafe' to deliver and could not find a location to leave it. Leaving me without a refund and frustrated by the constant chasing. Will not be shopping here again and would recommend others to swerve too!
Noticed I had not received my refund yet after the 3-5 business days and sent email to the team. They were super responsive and got my issue taken care of quickly. Charge already pending back on my card. Every time I have contacted Showpo customer service they have been friendly and responsive and resolved my issue quickly!
I have never encountered a women's clothing company with a 7 day return policy for a refund. Feels intentionally misleading. What an astronomical waste. I would NEVER have purchased from them if I knew this from the outset.
Ordered from NZ and delivered as stated (4 days from dispatch). Only shame was the tracking for Australia post didn't seem to update so on day 4 following dispatch nothing and then the parcel arrived. I do like the range of styles and quality of Showpo clothing. Always as described
bought a bridesmaid dress form here was too big so thought id send it back as it told me it was from the uk so happy started return didnt give me a option to choose where to send it from, then £20 to send back postage to me was already £9 not happy with this at all and didn’t appreciate the bot not a great experience not buying again terrible customer service. And outrageous shipping prices!
This was my first purchase with Showpo. I purchased for a friend and the quality was beautiful, however it didn’t fit her. The customer service team were amazing and so accommodating to assist with the return. I will definitely purchase from them again just because of the customer service.
