The dresses are a great quality but almost all of them are a size or two too small. This meant I had to return quite a few and you've got to pay the postage for the return. From the UK to AUS is very expensive and you don't get that refunded. Honestly I wouldn't recommend shopping here (from the UK) for that reason alone.
The dresses I bought were nice, but I had to return one of them as it didn't fit me. I then discovered that to return an item I had to send it from the UK to Australia and pay out of pocket. Not only is this a very expensive return (£18 tracked) for the customer, it is incredibly wasteful for every single return to be sent individually around the world. If a retailer insists on making one return a parcel to the other side of the world, they should at least foot the bill.
Horrible, horrible experience. Their return policy is a joke, you have seven days to return items, after that they give you store credit and you have to pay additional amount for return label. Their customer service is rude and unresponsive. Quality is horrible for the price. Avoid at all costs.
