Review Time
Ordered a dress for my wife which arrived with a ‘pull’ in the fabric. After sending pics and numerous emails they decided the fabric wasn’t damaged!!! Absolute nonsense. I was advised of a return (at my cost) or to snip it off (and wait for it to unravel!). This company pretend to be caring and helpful but offer no customer service whatsoever. If fabric is DAMAGED, it’s DAMAGED! Stay well aware or read others on here also!*To follow on from the reply by Showpo, they have contacted me by email and pushed out exactly the same response as previously mentioned! Stay away, they’re not worth it!

Awful customer service, ordered an item on 2nd April cannot track it since 4th April and my queries are just being responded to by automated email responses, I have emailed at least 4 times and have messaged their insta page, no response there and other than that just auto generated holding emails. Very disappointing as have spent €168 on a dress for an event in May. If someone would at least respond to me properly and tell me where my order is it would go some way to dealing with the matter.
I would say that if you need to buy a dress from Showpo, really, do It! I loved my dress - unfortunately it was a tiny small damage on the side of the breast so i left a claim as the dress costs nearly 160euro I got a full refund and could also keep the dress. That is really excellent service. Very satisfied and will absolutely buy a new dress
My item (dress) was damaged at the delivery. Easy to contact Showpo. Fast reply and the treatment from customer service was excellent. Bought two dresses. Perfect size, nice fabric, beautiful colours. My daughter will wear a light blue one at prom. //Anna (Sweden).
Showpo’s returns process is actually infuriating. I work at another online boutique so I’m familiar with returns processes however, theirs is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, my return was subsequently rejected because it had a few hairs on it!! Their customer service has been terrible. I won’t be shopping here again as this experience has significantly tainted my customer experience. UPDATE: They ended up short-changing my refund by over $70! I had to reach out to them againnnn to have it sorted. This has been a nightmare! Run run run.
Ordered two dresses in two different sizes hoping one of them would fit my growing body (currently 7 months pregnant). Unfortunately, I did not size up enough and neither of them fit. While waiting for a refund for the two dresses, I reached out to the customer service team as it had been a few days, and I was eager to place another order hoping it would arrive in time for my maternity photos. The customer service was able to expedite my refund for the returned items and I've since purchased a new size. Which means it will arrive in plenty of time before my photos.
