I've bought a dress, on the website items are without tax, so 20€ more on the final Bill but I accepted it and pay it.Dress received yesterday, my first look was poor quality, color is not the same. I create a request to make a return and i discover i need to pay for return 😲😲not my fault if the quality and color are 💩, so I loose 15€ with shipping (i knew it) but I also must pay to return it 😡
Honestly, I would never shop at Showpo again! "Customer Happiness Team" more like "Customer don't give a damn Team". They have an abysmal returns policy that has absolutely no flexibility. Ordered a dress that was delivered late on Friday afternoon. I tried to return it the following Saturday (less than 24 hours outside their refund for cash window) and they won't honour it. They say they make the policy visible for all customers (which they do - but you need to search the fine print). All they have plastered on their hero banner that goes across every page on the website "Easy Returns and Cash Refunds Available" - when you click on this banner it doesn't take you to their returns policy. It was advertised as a beautiful "panelled knit dress" and it was anything but. The dress that arrived was poorly made, cheap quality definitely not knit, the bust is 3 sizes too big but the bottom of the dress is too small. This A Line style I have bought time and time again and normally fits my body shape perfect. Stitching coming loose at the bottom. When you contact customer service you get the same generic response. NEVER EVER EVER will I shop at Showpo again and I will tell everyone I know to beware of this business. Obviously have a short returns window to catch people out like this so they are forced to keep spending through credits at their store.
Very unimpressed with the quality and customer service from Showpo. I purchased an outfit (top and pants set) for over $100 and tired to initiate a return approximately 23 days later as the pants are tight on me (when I purchase this size in ALL of my clothes). Unfortunately the returns policy is within 21 days however the “customer happiness” team member was so unhelpful in finding a resolution. 21 days is a short window (typically 30 days is standard) and absolutely no leeway or help in keeping the customers happy (as their title would suggest). Will not be buying from Showpo again.
This company is garbage. Do not buy from them. Their products are cheap and their customer service is terrible. They just want your money and have no pride in conducting good business or developing a loyal customer base. They’ll write on this review saying they “would love to make it right,” but nobody from their customer service department will and even if they do, nothing will be done to rectify the situation. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE
Terrible customer service. I ordered two dresses for an event, one was white and one was ivory. Both were see through and I felt the quality was not to my standard. In addition, I went to return the dresses on the 8th day after receiving them due to being unable to process the return earlier and was met with frigid and cold customer service. After 7 days, they will only offer store credit, regardless of any extenuating circumstance. They simply won’t even consider it. Instead, they’ll regurgitate the return policy to you in every interaction and provide nothing else. Their complete lack of empathy and customer focus made them infuriating and disappointing to deal with. It was very clear to me they did not care about me as a customer. I would never recommend buying from them based on this experience. Update 3/27 - I emailed their team on 3/17 per their response below and still have received no response back from the email.
I bought the Siofra mini dress for my wedding, and it's absolutely perfect – can't wait to wear it!For reference, I'm 165cm tall and ordered a size 36. I have long legs and a short torso, and the dress just about covers my butt, so keep that in mind if you're taller. The quality seems good, and the delivery was fast even to Norway.
