Ordered a few items however had to return them because of sizing issue. Online customer service representative was fantastic! They quickly answered my question and offered a solution that worked for both parties. I'm now waiting for replacement items to arrive; fingers crossed they will fit!
I received a dress today that doesn’t fit. I paid full price and I want to arrange a return straight away. The return portal asks for the order number and email used for the order - but when I enter into the returns portal it says it doesn’t recognise the email. When following up with customer service I’m provided with a very strange email that I didn’t recognise, which after querying its use I am told must be used. Tried it, still doesn’t work. Stating publicly that I received the dress today, I want a full refund, tried to arrange a return today (same day that I received the dress) but their return portal isn’t working so that they can’t dispute me.
My experience with this company has quite frankly been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I placed an order over a month ago for one item expected to be delivered in 10-14 business days. My order did not arrive within this time frame and I had no tracking updates since 2 after I placed the order, so I contacted their customer service team. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told MULTIPLE TIMES to allow them “1-2 business days to update me” and I was NEVER GIVEN ANY ACTUAL UPDATE OF WHERE ON EARTH MY ORDER WAS!!!! The customer service is an absolute disgrace and I eventually had to let this company know I would be pressing fraudulent charges if I was not refunded for this absolute nonsense. Hopefully I actually get this refund. The clothes might be nice but don’t even bother with this business.
$1000 between two orders. Nothing fitted. Processed a return within 7 days of receiving the first order. Was credited instead of refunded. Multiple issues which I can’t even detail because it was pure gaslighting behaviour in the hope i’d get fed up and leave it. I had to work so hard to prove i processed the refund within 7 days. All while they told me i requested credit when I didn’t, that I processed out of the refund window which i didn’t, 2 employees telling 2 different dates of the refund window, no problem solving skills - telling me it was processed 2am on day 8 which is 11pm on day 7 based in the time difference. Will never order from them again because it was giving SCAM. Will be pursuing ACCC for unclear policies. The way they word refunds is so crafty as states 21 days but thats for 110% store credit. They also use a sham 3rd party returns portal which auto selects credit. Eventually got the refund but no sincerity or care given for customer service. The worse service i’ve ever received. Processed refund 3rd March and just got the refund yesterday
Horrible customer service. I received my items late, they did not work for my event I needed them for, I put in a return and they gave me store credit. It did not give me any other option. After they received my return, which I had to pay for the shipping on, they had not refunded me. I contacted them five days later and then they gave me store credit. Also not even the amount I was told I would get. I asked for a refund instead of store credit, and they refused. Now I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I will never shop with them again. Unfortunately, horrible customer service has ruined the shop for me.
DO NOT purchase clothing from here unless you have the bandwidth to process a return 7 days within delivery date. Ridiculous policy. If you don't process return within 7 days exactly, they WILL NOT refund you. They will only extend a store credit. I processed my return 8 days after delivery, and they wont refund me. Horrible experience, will never shop here again!
