Review Time
My order was delivered to the wrong address and I received it about a week or so later, and the customer service was extremely helpful with allowing me to return it within the normal window since I didn’t receive it in time and both of the items in my order did not fit me well. I am extremely appreciative for how helpful they were.
The quality of the clothing is great but what really keeps me shopping is the amazing customer service! every time ive had to reach out my issues (key word MY because usually I messed up) the response is quick and a solution is present that works for me EVERY TIME! LOVE THIS COMPANY!
I had a really frustrating experience with Showpo's customer service. I placed an order and realised right after that I forgot to use a discount code. I contacted their support team via the online chat immediately, hoping they could help apply it manually. Unfortunately, I was told that wasn’t possible.Instead, I was advised to place the exact same order again with the discount and just wait for the first one to arrive, then return it—at my own expense. This process is incredibly inefficient and puts the burden entirely on the customer, even when the mistake is reported right away.What made it worse is that I had a similar situation with another Australian brand, Meshki, and their team was so much more helpful and accommodating. Showpo’s customer service just doesn't measure up, and it’s really disappointing for a company of this size.
Honestly super disappointed with my customer service experience at Showpo. They sent me a faulty item and additionally, I wanted to return the other pieces in the order so I emailed them asking how I should go through with getting a refund. They responded telling me I was out of the 7 days for the refund although I emailed them on the 7th day asking to return the items. I would’ve put the request in on day 7 but since I had to email them due to the faulty item it was day 8 when they responded. They wouldn’t budge on this policy regardless of the fact that I emailed them within the 7 days. It’s super frustrating and doesn’t seem like something they should want to lose a customer over. Good customer service is knowing when to make exceptions to a policy for certain situations. After this credit they just lost a loyal shopper. Hope it was worth it. Will also never recommend to friends again.
Purchased a dress it was shipped quickly, on arrival the dress was too small so I needed to return dress for a bigger size, but be able to do this before the size I needed sold out. The customer service which I received to be able to do this quickly was exceptional.
