Shipped to NZ within 3 days as stated, and customer service was fairly good! Clothing is what you'd expect from the price - I bought a Tulle dress and it came as described. Unfortunately it didn't quite suit my tastes so I returned it. Their returns process it also fairly simple. You file a refund form and ship it off to them. Although the refund itself is taking a while to process and I haven't received my refund, I contacted the staff and got an immediate reply and claim that it'd be showing up within 3 - 5 days.
Excellent customer service! I have had nothing but headaches working with other companies but Showpo has been wonderful. They are truly defining what it means to put the customer first! On top of it all, the dress I ordered is beautiful and high quality!!
