Bought my bridesmaid dresses off here - great quality material and just like the photos. Took just over a week and a bit to arrive to NZ. I do need to get the size up for two of my bridesmaids as the M was a bit small for the bustier girls. Customer service was so responsive and very helpful. Will buy from Showpo again :D
Really helpful customer service! Always quick to reply and really helpful. Clothes are pretty good quality. Sizing can run a bit funny at times; I bought a few things in size 8 and some was too small and some too big. They don't do refunds, but are more than happy to give you store credit if you want to return items.
Clothes are fine, with quick and fast delivery. Although after finding out returns are "credited" was a bit disappointing. Supposed to be a 48 hour turn around getting credited, although when asking, I was told 5 day turn around. Then when I said I thought it was 48 hours... they ended the chat with a link to leave 'feedback'. so here we are... bit rude service.
Ordered 5 or so items a couple of weeks ago and decided I only liked a couple, although I’d received it free delivery, there was an $8 returns fee. Although I realise now that their terms and conditions state no refunds, I was surprised that I wouldn’t be able to get my hard earned money back in 2020 and that this is still a thing. My delivery was returned to their warehouse on Thursday last week, expecting my credits 48 hours later, as stated on their site. Got to Tuesday, no credits, as soon as I messaged them, they debited my credits - so if I hadn’t chased, when would I have got them? So I thought the sooner I can get away from using this site the better. Ordered items on Tuesday, before 4pm, their site stated they would be here the following day - shockingly didn’t arrive. I received a text at 1.30 (48 hours after purchase) saying my order was out for a delivery, when I went to track it, it said they had tried to deliver at 9.12am, which is funny because I’m working from home and it still isn’t here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I would love to be able to actually give a product review but considering it’s been over 3 months since I’ve ordered, and no sign of my package yet I’m not able to. I will say if you need an outfit for an occasion, don’t hold your breath ordering from them.
