Hi I am so happy that I bought two dresses from Showpo. They arrived on time and even if there are one or two loosen threads, the quality does not seem to be bad. It is not the best but I am very happy with what I purchased.Thanks Showpo!
My package has taken a month outside the estimate delivery time, the tracking number is hard to understand (has said it arrived in destination country twice now), and when I requested assistance or a refund all they did was send back the same tracking number. I’m almost certain my package is lost and Showpo just doesn’t want to do anything about it.
I have been a customer of Showpo since they first had a small stall in one of the shopping malls in Sydney. The team at Showpo have always provided a high level of customer service, their communication from point of sale to delivery is always continuous and although buying online can sometimes be tricky with sizing, fit and overall look and I have never experienced any issues when it comes to returning products, re-orders or credits. Showpo has always been more than accommodating when addressing any concerns and are always bubbly and helpful. I will continue to shop with Showpo for years to come keep up the great work babes xx
I never write reviews but... I love showpo! The order is processed incredibly quick and in less than a week you have it in the opposite place of the world. Also the quality is very good, at least in my purschases I've received the dresses with lining, thick cloth, bra paddings... and even their best thing it's their custommer service. Very quick, helpful and lovely. Totally recommended!

Great customer service! They responded back so quickly if you have any concerns. Usually a lot of Companies takes days. Also I got my order quick as well especially coming from another country, and I am happy with my maxi dresses. Great quality! I can’t wait to wear them. I received an amazing experience from Mary at Showpo. There were a few mishaps with my order specifically my first order got lost and Mary acted quickly rectified the situation and I was able to place another order for different product that I’m still very excited about every time I had a question she answered it attentively, and quickly. Always respectfully and sympathetic with the frustration of not receiving the original order so I am very excited to receive my second order and I feel very happy with the service that I received
I received an invalid promotion code so emailed in, I was beyond pleased with the quickness of the response and the help I received.
