When I had trouble getting into my account I contacted customer service and they immediately got back to me and we're able to help me. I don't think I've ever had that quick a service with customer support on any other website. Definitely puts my trust into this company I will definitely buy from here again!
I bought two dresses of Showpo for my prom and I was charged twice for my order as I ordered the wrong size of dresses by mistake so I cancelled the order and ordered again and was charged for both of the orders. When I contacted them they did not help at all and just said that I was not even though I seen it on my bank statement and showed them proof. I tried to get help from them multiple times to fix this but they claim that it wasn’t in the system. On top of that if you want to return stuff you don’t even get money back you get credits to spend again on the website which was not clearly stated when shopping.
Excellent customer service! Had some confusion with what size skirt to order and ended up with a size WAY to small. By the time I finished consulting with customer servise, the time to return my skirt has just closed and I was upset. They were so understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I could return my skirt and get my money back. Because of this, I will definetly be shopping here more!
