I purchased 3 dresses from ShowPo for my maternity photoshoot (Being size 6 before pregnancy, I ordered size 8). I received my item in 4 days. I was overwhelmed when i saw those dresses in real. They were so good in quality and looked exactly as photo in their website.But it didn’t fit me, so I contacted them and they replied me within an hour. They were happy to send me big size before returning my previous dresses, as it might take longer to deliver new dresses and I might not be able to wear it on my photoshoot.Within 3 days I received size 10, so i had same dresses with 2 different sizes.My bad, non of them fit on me, as i was very tiny but my tummy was too big (kinda weird one😁)I contacted them again, and they were happy to give me credit for one size and refund for other.I never thought that online shopping will be this much reliable.A big thanks to Claudia, Patricia and Jill.You guys are awesome
I’ve always loved shopping with Showpo! Especially when I bought 2 of the same dress in difference sizes, Andrea was so lovely and assisted me with returning the second dress when I was incompetent at using the return function, she guided me through it and was so kind and lovely, very easy going and understanding! I was so grateful for Andrea’s assistance! :)
I will never shop here again. I paid for a return and never received the shipping labels to return my item. I have contacted the customer service many times with no response. 4 weeks have gone by and zero communication from their team. And still never receieved my labels. Their sizing guide is misleading. I am well within the measurements they provide and yet the clothes arent close to fitting. Horrible customer service.
I've found Showpo really great to shop with and would recommend trying it out if you haven't already. My orders arrive on time with items neatly and individually packaged and in a bag that can also double as a returns satchel if needed. I've had to request a store credit for items in the past when I've ordered the incorrect size and the process is really seamless especially for an online shopping experience. The website is user friendly and once logged into your profile you can see a full transaction history with images. My experience with their customer service team has been really positive. They are responsive, incredibly helpful and just all about providing shoppers with a good experience. I've purchased dresses for work and play and always have people commenting on them. The product quality is good for the price and even better when they have a sale on and Showpo regularly have sales so you can always pick up a new outfit for a good price delivered quickly.
