Review Time
We had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle to our hotel which was only a 10 minute drive away. We kept asking the staff at the airport what the delay was and they kept saying it is here it is here!!!! I got a taxi back to airport at a cost of 17 euros as I could not rely on the shuttle to get me there on time!!!
We were delayed with a flight from Copenhagen to Malaga for 2 hours, landing at 9 pm and leaving at 9:30 pm, we think that maybe there is no bus and we have to take a taxi, but there is a man from shuttle direct, and has a car ready for us and we are driven directly to Almunecar, that's what I call service, 7 stars if I could give it. There are two Carrefour in Avsallar. I waited at 6am at Carrefour. No call after 10min for me. I should call. And I got the answer, that either a new transfer or a Taxi is needed for me, because the driver waited for me 12min. Yes, but where he waited for me? Not at the right place. Not at Carrefour super at the address CarrefourSA. Söğüt Cad, Avsallar, Yalı Sk. No:4A, 07410 Alanya. Used then Taxi for 130 €. Would you investigate this?
