Not to be trusted

Booked and paid for October transfer in June. Clearly no booking made with local provider. A week before transfer, got message telling me price had more than doubled - take it or leave it! Why book in June if the booking is meaningless? Should stick by original pricing.

The car immediately upon exiting the airport, without waiting, direct ride to the destination.On the way back, it arrived at the appointed time and we arrived safely at the airport.I recommend it as a trustworthy company.We have been using the services for several years.

Rude driver

Rude driver! Our flight landed on time but we were held back on the aircraft. Once in the terminal I tried many times to ring shuttledirect driver to let him know there was a problem but I could not get a signal. Once we met the driver he started ranting on that I hadn't called. I showed him my phone that I had made 4 attempts but just could not get the call to connect inside the terminal. There was nothing i could do. He needs a lesson on customer service!

I really liked the service organized by ShuttleDirect. Since we are not very experienced travelers, we had questions during the order and transfer. Despite the company's guarantee of a response within 48 hours, ShuttleDirect managers responded within 2 hours, even on weekends. The transfer went perfectly. The plane was delayed for 9 hours, but this did not affect the transfer, the shuttle was on time. Thank you very much. We will continue to cooperate with ShuttleDirect.

Shuttle to airport didn't turn up - do not use.

First shuttle took nearly an hour to leave the airport, no explanation, no apology. However, the second shuttle back to the airport didn't even turn up at the hotel to pick the group up. Tried the customer service number- no answer. Then called the emergency number, eventually someone answered but couldn't let us know if the shuttle was on its way or not. We then had to pay for a taxi. Disgusting company who dismissed my complaint afterwards. It's actually cheaper to get a taxi from San Antonio to the airport so absolutely no point using this disgusting company.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company - our return shuttle to the airport never arrived ! After receiving multiple emails confirming the pick up time and place we received a phone call 5 minutes before the shuttle was due to ask us to move to a different pick up place which we did and after 45 minutes with no bus arriving and being unable to contact the company we had to pay for a cab to the airport or we would miss our flight. After emailing the company to complain they insisted it was our fault we weren’t in the pick up place when the bus arrived but we absolutely was in the right place there was no bus !!

Avoid

Avoid. I made a complaint after private transfer failed to show. After 28 days they responded to say I was entitled to a refund but need to contact Expedia to organise who I arranged it with. This I did but after 7 days they have failed to confirm this - and I have shared the email with Expedia - and Expedia have closed my case. Awful service from both really.
