Did not use booking from Tenerife Sur to Los Cristianos as I would have to wait 30 mins. Did avail of the return journey.

Cancellation fees.

Charge 10 euros admin to cancel a booking. Thats 20 euros for a round trip to cancel an online booking. Most other transfer providers offer free cancellation.

I had no major problems

I had no major problems. The only inconvenience was, I was dropped off a 10 minute uphill walk from my accommodation. I'm 76. However, I'd definitely recommend your company. Vehicle spotless, meeter and drivers very pleasant and helpful.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong from the fact that it didn’t say when purchasing that I would have to change terminals to the information about where to go in the terminal. Then when I finally found the driver an hour later he didn’t want to take it’s to the hotel I had put into my information when booking but eventually he agreed to. This was an awful experience that I will never repeat.

After changing accommodation from…

After changing accommodation from original booking they went to the old location to collect us. After a phone call at 5am, slight panic but to be fair it was sorted. Will use again.
