No show

Unfortunately, although pre-paid our return pick up car did not arrive to take us from the hotel to the airport. We waited half an hour for a car that did not arrive. The hotel called the company who said they had my details but no car was arriving. We were panicking a bit by now as we had a plane to catch! Had no choice but to book and pay for a taxi. I will be chasing for a refund and the cost of the replacement taxi. This is totally unacceptable for a service that needs to be reliable for the customer

Never turned up for my return pick up…

Never turned up for my return pick up to the airport. No communication i waited 30 mins at pick up point and no show . Had to get a taxi to the airport as I had to make my own way costing 80 euro . Really bad service and disappointing being left stranded .

Failed Service

Requesting a refund; we were never picked up. Called no one picked up the phone. I reconfirmed my pick-up three days before to no avail; no response. Had to pay $30.00 USD for a taxi ride to the airport.
