Absolutely delighted with my new windows from sales measuring & fitting.The fitting team arrived on time very polite young men clean workers tidying up along the way & making sure area was tidy before they left would definitely use sidey again or recommend this company
Quality of windows are good. Communication was excellent until we signed the contract, then trying to get the surveyor to call back to answer a question proved impossible.Disappointed with installation as it was a bit rushed. Quality of finish and attention to detail was lacking somewhat. Job was allocated 3 days but was bashed out in 2. Couple of minor issues that we noticed after installation were dealt with promptly. Overall given the price paid, not really jumping for joy, and probably wouldn’t recommend.
I recently had my front door replaced with a fire door by Sidey, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The workers were polite, professional, and respectful of my home, they made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was done. The new door looks absolutely beautiful and gives me great peace of mind knowing it’s also fire-safe. Highly recommend Sidey for quality workmanship and excellent service!
