Twice they have sent back a total of 4 items that I wanted to return. There was a letter indicating there was either something wrong (i.e., dirty, used, missing labels and tags etc) or it was outside the return window. Neither was true about the items I returned. I believe that they send back items because they know they won’t sell easily. Cheaper to send them back to me than keep getting them returned from other unhappy customers. Also, I saw just yesterday I was charged by Sierra about $40 for nothing I’ve bought there. I suspect they are trying to send back the items I sent back to them and charging me for it. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company as I haven’t ordered anything for over 2 months and there was no backorder. So I’ll be too nervous to order anything from them again, thinking things I wanted to return might come back to me.
Items were as described but the shipping was terrible. 3 days between when orders were placed and when they were shipped. 12 days for a package from CO to NC. Items comparable at other online retailers with much quicker turnaround.
I placed several orders on Sierra.com (TJX Companies) totaling over $800. All orders were canceled without explanation, yet no refund was issued.Their customer service has been consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they provide generic copy-paste replies and refuse to escalate the issue. I explained that I am deaf and cannot use the phone, yet they continue to refer me to their phone line and ignore my written concerns.My bank confirms that the charges were fully posted, not pending, and that no refund was initiated from the merchant’s side. As a result, my funds remain frozen — Sierra took my money, canceled the orders, and left me with nothing.This is not a delay — it’s a complete lack of accountability. I am filing this complaint due to the merchant's failure to issue a proper refund and the indifference of their customer service to resolve the issue
I used to LOVE this place but it has either just gotten too big or changed hands. I ordered an item and the shipping cost as much as the single item did...and here it is nine days later and it still has not even shipped. Unacceptable!
I placed an order online in December of 2023 and forgot to pick it up so the order was canceled. Instead of refunding my money to my card i purchased it on, they issued me a gift card, which took 3 months for them to refund me at all. Then they sent me an electronic gift card and the link wouldn’t open to view the gift card/use it. I have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and they continue to give me the run around. They keep telling me to call Cashstar and Cashstar says they can’t help either. Today they finally said that they will have management cancel that gift card and send me a new one so i can use it, but it’ll take 5 more days. Absolutely absurd and would not recommend buying from them because you’ll never get your money back if you have to return it.
I have ordered from this company for years! I used to swear by them and there customer service but as of late they have been horrible. I have ordered several items online (no store near by) and when i return the item they was I either never tried on or tried on and didn’t like sierra spends the time and money to send me the item back saying there is a strong perfume smell. I OCD my house is clean, we don’t have pets….. I literally will look at item and or try it on and if I dont like it i will placed it right back in box and ship it off. I’m done using this corrupt company.
