They charged me calls even though I was outside of the EU, with my contract paused, international roaming disabled and my phone not having any logs of the calls.After that, they have unpaused my contract and now I have to pay even though I cannot use it.Customer service is answering with text blocks and doesn't care.I have revoked their access to my bank account, yet they have illegally withdrawn money from it.It's unfortunate that European companies do such things and then the EU has to pass even stricter laws to protect consumers.
The best mobile SIM card plans out there. Their app is a bit weird since it feels like a web wrapper and a bit not so responsive, I just wish it was more native. Prices are amazing, and thanks for the bonuses. As an outlander here in Germany, I feel that their support is great as well...The Vodafone signal it is what it is, nothing to complain when I compare to my previous AldiTalk plan :)
I have been a Simon mobile customer for 6 months now and their service is great compared to the past mobile handler I used. I can get 5g signals in places now and the internet data volume and speed is great too. I never have to contact customer support yet, so I can not say how their service is, but , till now, I had not hot anything to complain about.
I wanted to port in to Simon Mobile, completed the form, and started getting an error: 'Leider können wir deine Bestellung mit einer Rufnummernmitnahme nicht abschließen, da du bereits eine Rufnummernmitnahme bei deinem aktuellen Anbieter beauftragt hast (Fehler: 201). Bitte nenne uns eine andere Rufnummer oder bestell jetzt ohne Rufnummernmitnahme.' According to Simon Mobile, I have already completed the porting, but as far as I am aware, I only submitted the request to Simon Mobile and not to any other provider. Now comes the interesting part; when I reach the support team, they are not able to help much. They repeat the same thing first and then give some random answers which I am unable to link to situation. Overall, I am not even able to understand what happened. Did the contract go through and only the porting failed? or everything, no email for either of them. Their messages seem to be very confusing, and the helpline is not in English, so I can't call and understand. Emails are also very confusing. All ending with 'Alles klar? Sauber!
Black week sale is trickyI applied an online contract with taking previous number with me, it was a disaster experience. The system made it wrong contact to my previous sim card wether I explained it, no one answer an email and then they cancelled my order which I already waited for 2 weeks.Customer service is very rude, only German speaking and no patience then hung up to customer.If anyone read this please consider that when you sign a contract with SIMON, it manages by VODAFONE, which is the worst service and rude customer service.
I've had an absolutely awful experience with them. Be aware that they will charge you for services that you haven't used without informing you then refuse to discuss it, if you haven't paid for "itemised billing". To me it feels like they try to steal money from customers with any opportunity. Definitely NOT recommended.
