Review Time
It's been almost 2 weeks and no sim delivered. Instead, they activated only eSIM, which I never asked. I asked to share the tracking number if they have posted the sim but no response! It was a mistake porting my number to SIMon. They don't understand how important a phone connection. I'm not getting any phone calls or OTPs or SMS. I am going to terminate the connection after this week. Just giving them this week too to deliver the sim.Edit: They delivered the SIM after 2 weeks of starting the contract. But for activation again it took 1 day.
Guys, truly disappointed with the service. Hidden charges which can leak your pocket 5-6 times other companies. I have been recommended by my friend for using their service. I got charged 50 Euros for Nuxxx charges and another 7 Euros for Verbixxx charges which are not part of my contract.
As an expat in Germany I am using Simonemobile service for more than one and half years really I enjoyed the service with low cost 9€ for 12GB monthly and you can use it in all European countries Supper and highly recommend
