Free extra 2GB and decent quality

Decent quality for german levels and free extra 2GB per month is really good, can't complain!

Why is it that contract starts from…

Why is it that contract starts from beginning of the month even when I booked towards the end of the month? That's not good and fair. With other providers, it starts the day you booked the flat rate and not the first of the month and ends one month after.Apart from this, I am satisfied so far

Trying to defraud clients. Charging more than it supposed to.

Constantly trying to charge more money than it supposed to, always adding random bills which doesn't make any sense, since the plan has a limit. Frauds.
