I swicthed from O2 to SIMon and I enjoy their services and affordable prices so far. Customer service is also very responsive. I hope they will also have English-speaking customer service soon. Internet speed can also be improved.I would appreciate good offers with them ;)
SIMon mobile made the transition from my previous mobile provider easy and quick in spite of hurdles and intentional delays that my previous provider.I am very pleased with SIMon Mobile's Customer Service who are polite and enthusiastic to help whenever I called and needed clarifications. I highly recommend SIMon mobile to anyone looking to change their provider for good Customer Service, reasonable monthly rates and server quality. It will soon be about 8 months and up until now I have had no issues to complain about and am totally satisfied. I have two contracts with SIMon mobile.
I was charged €50 for an unexplained connection charge. I tried contacting them by email but they refused to remove it and said it's because my phone tried connecting to another country (not even using any data!). I don’t speak German, so asked my partner to phone customer service. They were unable to look up charges past 80 days back, so refused to help and then shouted at her . Worst service ever!Edit/reply: Hi Simon. Thank you for responding. Let me explain this. I emailed your customer service at the time of the charge, he explained that it was from trying to connect to another countries network due to being close to the border. I couldn’t find a €50 charge listed anywhere of your fee list and I also did not receive any service or use any data in another country.But more importantly than the unexplained fee to me; what is your response for your employee shouting at my girlfriend on the phone? Are you not interested in looking into this?Thank you for the offer; I thought this would have been clear but I will never be using your service again, and I will strongly encourage all of my friends to do the same.Edit: Hi thanks for replying. Sure, I can send you my invoices if needed. I’ve sent you my details. Edit: Simonmobile never contacted me. I did however have an email from a debt collection agency even though I paid my most up to date invoice and terminated the contract. Chris
The SIM card did not arrive, although I already got the confirmation that it was sent out 8 days ago. Another person mentioned that they don't put C/O on the package even if you mention in the address, probably it was the same problem for me.I called, and they told me they cannot send out a new card until the beginning of my contract, so I will be offline for several days. :-(Edit: As suggested below, I wrote to the service email address. I will update this review with the result.Edit2: The comment of Simonmobile here suggests that sending the card before the contract starts might be possible, in contrast to what they told me on the hotline. I contacted them again, and this was not the case (without giving a comprehensible reason). In the end, I had to wait until about one week after the contract start to be online. At least the hotline and service email address were responsive and friendly, though.
Its been almost a month waiting for the SIM , initially, SIM was sent but they didn't put C/O that I mentioned in my address so it was sent back, my old sim provider has alredy deactivated the SIM and I have no SIM and also cannot access my different account due to OTP sequrity.
