I just moved to Germany and was happy to register with this mobile provider. few hours after registration I got email that my order is cancelled with no explanation why. So if they don't try to explain why, I'm not going to be bothered to ask why and simply register with competitor!
Don’t order a SIM card from “Simon mobile”; it’s better to buy it from “O2” and here’s why. I ordered a SIM card on October 23 but 3 weeks have already passed and I still have not received my SIM card. although they said that they would deliver in 3-5 days. and when I wrote to them every time they said that they would deliver in 5 days. and last week they even said that they had registered me a new SIM card and would deliver it in 3-5 days. I believed them again. Well, a week has passed and still nothing. I already bought a SIM card from O2. But you know that already during the registration process they took all my data and visa card data. I think they are scammers. And this is all real. I just wish that people were not mistaken like me.
I got a referral link from my friend which was supposed to give me 2 months for free and some bonuses for him, but when i switched they say i didn’t use the code! I sent them the link and they keep repeating it’s not registered that you used the link so we can’t do anything! Very good experience for the first week of using your services! I would’ve changed without these added bonuses but when you say there is gonna be bonuses and then don’t deliver…
