customer service lacking

ordered and waited an extended time( 2 weeks )because of so called lack of materials, and finally receiving my sports ,bike prescription sunglasses , the lens color was not brown as ordered but a blueish purple , i immediately called , was told to send back ,pay the postage,and they would correct and send me the brown lens as ordered , so being annoyed and realizing that i would be waiting several more weeks be fore receiving my brown lens, i asked if they could process order now and i would send back the blue lens glasses when i receive the correct glasses and was basically told that only when they receive glasses will they correct there mistake !So i am riding and looking thru a pair of glasses with a blueish puple tint , never to do business with simply eyeglass

Bailed me out of a jam

Found specific frame I needed for unique progressive lenses. Called 10 places who could not find out-of-production Callaway Hickory Hill. Linda called a contact at ImageWear, who found the last pair on earth in a drawer. Mind-blowing customer service. Give Linda a raise.

Replacement Frames

I broke a designer frame which my doctor said could not be replaced. I found the exact frame at Simply Eyeglasses.com. I was able to replace the frames and had my existing lenses installed. I even was able to change the color of the frames! Thanks.

Great priced frames
