Loved the service....

The service was great from the word go! Sent a picture of my prescription over and they talked me through the measurements. Picked out a cute pair of Vera Bradley glasses and paid. Glasses came in the mail two weeks later and they seemed fine, until I tried wearing them. Here's why I cannot give a better rating, the glasses aren't useable! They hurt and pinch my nose. I'm currently back to struggling to see when reading..... $250 later. :(

Excellent work and service

After purchasing and trying the frames for fit, I returned them for
Installation of prescription lenses. Not only did this go without incident
But at a price substantially lower than could be found locally.
Certainly a positive experience.

Great frames

The frames are just what was pictured. The color was accurate. They fit great and looks great on me. The frame height size works perfect for my no line bifocals.They were the best price that I could find. Delivery was when expected date. Great service!

Exactly what I wanted and perfect on the first try!

I am very impressed with this company...for their prompt delivery and their exceptional customer service. It was the easiest thing to do, which made it seem a little more iffy. But, The frames and lenses are perfect. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for new glasses.
