I called customer service at Simply Eyeglasses, gave them my prescription, measured my old glasses, made my selection from their online pictures and descriptions, mailed my old broken pair of glasses to them and in less than 10 days I received my new glasses and I saved $330.00 that I would have spent locally. I was hesitant to order glasses online, but this was a great experience.
At first I was weary about ordering glasses online, but I was extremely happy with my experience! It did take a little while to get here. However, that was only after I messed up my prescription. They actually called my eye doctor personally to retrieve the right prescription. I would definitely order here again. All of the people I talked to were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely 5 stars and recommended to anyone who wants to get eye glasses cheaper than in the store for the same quality. I got a pair of ray bans, and I wear them all the time with no issues, and I get a ton of compliments. Totally worth it!
Simply Eyeglasses.com has the Ronsir frames that I like and for a decent deal. Their online ordering is good - but if there is ANY question, you must call and speak to a service representative. I had to order twice, due to the information on the website being just a little confusing to me - but the service rep handled it with grand style and another pair of glasses was on the way, pronto. All-in-all, not a bad experience, considering the savings over "retail" outlets.
I lost my sunglasses at Myrtle Beach this summer and they were prescription Ray Bans. I thought i would never properly replace them but my info was still on file and so were the sunglasses. SimplyEyeglasses made them and promptly sent them. Great company and great glasses.
I am going to consider them now for my normal glasses as well.

Overall the experience was excellent. I was given excellent customer service, and the glasses I received are exactly as I'd ordered. The price was right. My only negative is that my glasses are slightly loose on my head, but perhaps I ordered them slighty too big? Thanks for the quality experience.
This is my fourth order from Simplyeyeglasses.com. They have a great variety of frames all at bargain prices. I was able to choose frames that I love and have my prescription filled with the lenses I can afford. Their customer service and turn around time is excellent
After a month of being blind, I was thrilled to get my new glasses. After inspecting them, I noticed several flaws: buff marks on the bottom of a lens and little numbers and markings on the lenses that I noticed while trying to clean them. I contacted the company through their site to let them know about the problems. I still have not recieved a response. So customer service isn't so hot... neither is quality control add evidence by the huge buff mark on the bottom of the lens. Now... I have done a little research and have found that progressive lenses have the marks and, indeed, I do not notice them when I'm wearing them. But my frustrations could have been eased with a simple email. I am still weaRing the lenses with a buff mark that bugs me...but hey other than that the company is great. Yeah, that's sarcasm and I definitely don't recommend this company!
Update: I recieved a phone call from the company moments after posting this review. I believe they are going to make it right. They stated they did email after my initial complaint, which must have gotten lost in my spam folder. Feeling much better about my purchase and the quality of this company!!
