Excellent customer service

I needed to replace frames and my mistake was ordering withourt first contacting SimplyEyeglasses for assistance. I ordered the wrong frames as the ones I had are no longer avaiable from the manufactuer. SimplyEyeglasses simply had me return the frames and my original lenses to them and I shortly recieved the frames back with my lenses installed. I could not be more satisfied.

Second order I've placed with SimplyEyeglasses. I Mailed rimless glasses and clip-ons for new lense

Mailed in my previous frames and a pair of clip-on sunglasses (purchased at a later date the glasses) and requested to have new lenses made to same dimensions as the clip-ons. Process took about two weeks for shipping back and forth. The new lenses were exactly to the dimensions of the sunglasses and the prescription of lenses are perfect.
