EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very professional, friendly, courteous customer service. Called to ask for a refund on two pairs of eyeglasses that weren't going to reach me on time, and the rep was telling me they have already arrived at their warehouse this morning and were willing to expedite the package to me. I was set on getting a refund, so she told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. I was appalled and did not understand why they were charging me a fee without having even received the eyeglasses, but she took the time to explain exactly why. She assured me that they were not trying to take my money, and that they order directly from the manufacturer as each order is placed which costs them money to do. And it was my fault for not reading their policy thoroughly. She even offered to cut the restocking fee in half. Very good customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future when I am not so much in a time constraint! PS: the rep also immediately issued my refund within seconds after I got off the phone!

VERY, VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH MY GLASSES!!!

I would rate them 10 stars if I could. They went out of there way to make me happy. My eyes are sensitive and they remade my glasses several times due to doctor error without ever asking for another dime. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She continued to communicate with me and assure me that my glasses are being made to spec. My prescription glasses were returned in a week. That's faster then my regular eye doctor. I love the glasses and the quality. Thank you Stephanie and Simply Eyeglasses

only have them a month and the arm broke off.

Totally Awesome Company!!!!

I am so glad that I "discovered" SimplyEyeglasses.com. They sent me my first pair of glasses I ordered. My eye dr. messed up my prescription. And I didn't like the frame. Stephanie and Tracy are wonderful, wonderful wonderful to work with. I sent the glasses back and was told by Tracy what to do and they will redo the glasses after seeing the eye dr. again and change out the frame, NO CHARGE! I did a recheck with the eye dr. who corrected the prescription. Sent it to Stephanie by email and had my new beautiful glasses within the week!!!! You CANNOT beat customer service like that!!!! Awesome!!!! You will not go wrong by using this company!!!!!
