After purchasing **10 × 500g bags of granulated skimmed milk**, I noticed that the bags appeared to be underweight. As this product is used commercially in our business, weight consistency is very important for stock control and cost management.I therefore weighed the bags using multiple scales and documented the results. Many of the bags appeared to contain significantly less than the stated 500g.Instead of receiving a clear explanation, the only response from the supplier included the comment:“I can't believe they felt compelled to weigh each bag.”This was disappointing, as verifying the weight of products used in a commercial kitchen is a normal and reasonable quality control step.The company later sent one replacement bag and asked me to weigh it and send photographs as proof. I did exactly as requested and sent the photos, but unfortunately I never received any response or follow-up regarding the issue.At this point, the main concern is not only the apparent weight discrepancy, but also the lack of communication and proper customer support when a legitimate concern is raised.I hope the company reviews both its quality control processes and the way it communicates with customers when issues like this arise.

I have spent thousands with this company , or should I say wasted £££s .They sell poor flakey coffee machines that continuously have problems . Mike & Mark all nice and smiles when your spending money , but their customer service skills are awful, verging on aggressiveness, because they do t like you challenging them on what they have sold you , that continuously goes wrong .. Other staff very pleasant , but don’t be taken in by these two !! .Be very aware , wish I spent more time researching this company . My advice stay well clear , there are many companies that will do a better job
Not impressed, I haven't even had my coffee machine 2 months & have had to call people out constantly to fix things on the machine ( 2 days after receiving it, i was told over face time to cable tie a wire in the back of the machine to fix one of the problems) I still gave this company the benefit of the doubt, to finally be told that the grinder on my reconditioned machine is rusty and caused be me, for all I know the grinder could of been rusty at the point I got it. I have left bikes in the rain for a year that haven't rusted, yet this grinder has rusted within the 2 weeks since someone last came out to see the machine.I would highly recommend you read everyone's comments and experience before using this company. I am now in a contract for 3 years with a faulty machine I have had for 2 months- the resolution is to claim on my business insurance!Not impressed and will not be recommending to anyone.
Very dishonest business owner. Promises you the world until he gets your money, then he changes completely.Tried to utilise the warranty and kind other of phone support ONCE. Mike became very rude, very angry and went back on everything he saidStay away from these con men
