Review Time
Got my case and it has light scratches with a stain that I can't remove. The customer support is asking for an unboxing video which was not properly instructed through email or in the box itself. This is a hassle. Not worth the time and money.

After a week of using my case, I went back to my other case.I started using Slimcase since 2021 for my galaxy phone to keep the aesthetic clean. I want it to be as bare as it could be, as if I were using the phone with no case.To be honest, the new S23 Ultra case's material is waaaay better than the previous kind of case where it scratches and loosens quickly. It feels as if I am just holding my phone as it is. Material wise, it is great. Just better. But after a week of using it, I went back to my former case. The reason is that aesthetically, for me, is not what I wanted. As I said, I wanted something as if I were holding the phone as it is. That would imply that it should look as it is. With the new material, it felt like it is as bare as it is, but the design...no much. Mostly because of the open cut out of the camera. If it were closed just like some other cases where the cameras are the only thing seen from the back and not a surrounding lip, it would be just better. I understand that there is a reason to which the lip was used. But I hope slimcase would offer an option to which the case would cover it all, just like the extra camera protection with the Galaxy S21 Ultra with the same materials used in their Unique series.For now, I'm in the middle, satisfied with the material used, but dissapointed with the design. I still love slimcase because they alone deliver what they were aiming for. "Slim" "Case".No brand or company can match their ability to slim the cases.
Purchased Slimcase for iPhone 12 Pro in April and after 3 months I had to find another case. The case looked great in the first week, but quickly became scratched and streched. Dust was coming in between case and phone and because the case was moving slighly, the back of my iphone got scratched in multiple places. Definitely do not recommend.
Case is absolutely Stunning, I bought transparent one and absolutely loving it.. For the quality and thickness I would 100% recommend to my family and friends.. But do not trust on customer support, they absolutely not supportive, non responsive.. until you get irritated. , my order id 000959660B.If Slimcase selling on Amazon, then 100% go for it.. 👍 Otherwise it is like, you are always in 50% risk whether you'll receive the correct product or not. And as Customer support are not good and responsive.. so I would not recommend in respect to customer support experience.I wanted to buy more cases for my Wife, & Kids in respect to quality.. but because of the bad experience.. I will not prefer.. I'll prefer if they sell on amazon.
After 4 months of using my slimcase for iphone 14 pro max, my case got some damaged on the edges, I've tried to contact just to ask if its under warranty and without any hesitation the helped me. The slimcase team assisted me well and replaced my case. Very fast response. I appreciate it a lot. Thank you. Til my next case.
