I bought a slim case for my S26 Ultra and honestly, it’s been a disappointing experience.
The case itself feels very fragile. It slipped out of my hand once, and that was enough for it to crack. What’s worse is that it actually left a small mark on the phone’s frame, which completely defeats the purpose of having a case in the first place.
On top of that, the case is quite slippery, making it harder to hold securely. For something meant to protect an expensive device, that’s a major flaw.
Customer service was just as frustrating. I contacted them multiple times to correct the replacement price to $16.99, but despite explaining it at least 10 times, I was still charged $21.99. That lack of attention and support made the whole situation even worse.
Overall, poor durability, bad grip, and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this case if you actually want reliable protection for your phone.

Extremely disappointed with this casing and the overall experience. I received my order today and the casing came with obvious scratches, bubbles, and defects straight out of the box. I contacted their customer service immediately after opening the parcel, and instead of helping, they insisted that I should bear the shipping fee for a replacement because I “didn’t take an unboxing video.”This requirement was NEVER stated anywhere on their website. On top of that, the customer service team was unhelpful, and kept pushing the responsibility back to me even though the product clearly arrived damaged.Totally unacceptable. I will not purchase from this store again, Buyers, be careful — their after-sales service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for faulty products.
Just bought a screen protector for my iPhone 16. Not a great product because 1) no instructions of how to install it online (at least none that were obvious as I could not find any, 2) after installing the protector, there were lots of stubborn air bubbles with no tool provided to get rid of them. From my past experience with screen protectors, the best brands have little air bubbles from the start and provide small tools to allow you to squeeze out the bubbles. I've put the case on but there are bubbles. Tempted to pull it off and buy a Spigen case, which I've used several times in the past and is much better quality.
