Wasn’t able to buy a case from them as I had my order modified to the product I wanted but they didn’t have it in stock at that time. The customer support experience was amazing by Ann and her team. They were able to provide updates for my case and had even suggested other products when the one I wanted wasn’t available.
Bought a transparent iPhone 14 pro max case, and it is made out of cloudy plastic like those used for food storage. These won't turn yellow because its already not transparent. It is milky and looks terrible on my black iPhone and makes it look like a cheap toy phone. When I posted this feedback on their website, they conveniently removed it. No wonder they have good reviews on their site, they remove negative feedbacks. This business practice is scam and deceiving!! I DO NOT recommend this brand/product.
Parcel got lost in the mail. I needed a case asap and having waited 10+ days for the first parcel, I bought a new case and screen protector in shop and asked for a refund. Victoria, my customer service representative, didn’t listen to me and sent me a perfectly useless replacement. So now I spent money for something that will sit on my desk, closed, indefinitely. Listen to your customers or you’ll go out of business.Edit: expanding my initial review with later development: after the initial bad impression, I was contacted by Andrea, an associate that was able to listen to my needs and resolved the matter a bit quickly. It still took one week to fix one simple hiccup. Won't try the brand again but at least I won't be stopping my friends from buying from it.
Recently bought a iPhone 14 Pro max transparent unique magsafe slimcase, received it with a crack defect. Spent $50 for a case just to receive a cracked defective case. Contacted support and still haven’t got a reply.Update on the replacement of my case. Gotten a new case from them. As my previous case was damage due to shipping. Very fast response from slim case eventually.
This is not the first time I ordered from Slimcase.co, and it will definitely not be the last time. As for the recent purchase I made for my Galaxy S22+, I received the order with the outside box crumpled. Unfortunately, this affected the inside item. I sent an email right away to Slimcase.co and this representative named Ann was so patient and professional in handling the matter. Kudos to Ann and the whole Slimcase.co Management Team! Also, your products are as much worth the price as the representatives behind it. Looking forward for another business with Slimcase.co!
