Still a happy customer

This is my second purchase with them. The item was outstanding. Packaging was good. Excellent delivery in Australia. I'm surprised to read some negative comments here, both of my purchases were completely satisfying. Or am I the lucky one?hahahahaha. Still a great company with me so far.

Please do not fall for the trap

Please do not fall for the trap. The cases are thin, but not really transparent. They are extremely scratch prone...I ordered for my galaxy s22 ultra and changed the cover after a week... even after i sent lics and raised a complaint, their reply was that its not scratch proof... and tat its plastic.. not worth 1.8k

I don't recommend this brand!

I bought a Slimcase cover for my green iPhone 11 Pro Max, in Frosted White, because on the website the image that appears is of a light white that shows the color and the Apple symbol. In reality, the cover I received is completely white, with about 90% opacity which makes it impossible to read both the color and the symbol. I wrote to the customer support to complain about what happened, because I based my purchase on the images on the site, they claimed that the cover is like this and that the symbol is not seen (the images on the site show something totally different) and sent real pictures of iPhones to try to corroborate the theory, but in all of them there is no reading, in other words, the same thing happens and what I claim is that the images they have on the site mislead the customer by showing a much lighter opacity. I made contact on the day I received the cover (14/01/2023) and they said they would not exchange it, i.e., the 14 day warranty is a way to entice the customer, because in reality it is useless.They gave me a solution to get another cover, this time totally transparent, for 5.95€. I asked for pictures, just as they had sent me for the previous answer, to ensure that this time the cover worked and until today I have not heard anything more. I'll be just one customer complaining in millions, but I would like to see my issue resolved.For all that I describe above, I do not recommend this brand at all.In response:It's amazing how they try to throw sand in customers' eyes. You only replied to me the first time I contacted you. I have always been the one to contact you 3x more to try to resolve the issue and never got a response to those requests. I would like to see this resolved, but I'm honest that after the comments I read here the hope is almost zero. Anyway I'm still waiting.

Slimcase sucks!

Ordered Dec 20 and have been seeking for shipment updates since then, but to no avail. Good thing I had my order cancelled and got the full refund last Jan 13. Imagine getting no updates regarding your order as to the whereabouts? Slimcase sucks!

Overpriced cases with bad business ethics

I ordered a slimcase for my iPhone 14 pro on September 15th 2022. They kept delaying because stock was not available in India warehouse, however they charged my card on September 15 2022 itself. Since I got my iPhone after a couple days, I had to get a case from another brand since Slimcase didn't send me my case despite paying for it.Kept following up, and even after more than 3 months since they charged money for the order, the case was 'not in stock' so they couldn't send my order. I said no issues, send me a costlier variant of the case that fits my phone and is in stock and since you aren't able to send me what I purchased, send me what you have in stock since it's been more than 3 months and you aren't able to deliver what I paid for.And Slimcase shamelessly asked me to pay the price difference, despite it being their fault that they weren't able to send me what I paid for, for more than 3 months.Slimcase sells cases for >~17USD, for a case that probably takes then a dollar a pop. Despite such huge margins, they failed to deliver, and acted petty when I asked them to send the item they had in stock because I can't keep waiting forever. How can one interpret such a petty business, will never be buying from them. In short, I had to buy a case from another brand despite paying to slimcase, had to wait 3+ months and ended up getting a refund after deducting 0.87$ as processing fees. Ended up waiting 3 months, locked up 23.85USD, and a loss of 0.87$ which they deducted while refunding. Pathetic experience.

WORSE QUALITY EVER

i've bought 2 phone cases from themSlimcase for iPhone 12 Pro × 1Slimcase for iPhone 13 × 1TBH when i unboxed, the quality doesn't seem positive for me. it looks like less than a dollar kind of plastic. but I would like to give it a try. but it has disappointed me. iPhone 13 dropped for the first time and they did exchange a new one for them, the drop is just a 1m height to normal house flooring and it cracked. I'm super surprised by its quality, given the pricing MYR99.9 for 1 case. second time, both my phones dropped and it cracks as well easily.. the warranty only last for 1 time for full exchange, but i still have to bear the shipping cost. it's totally NOT WORTH IT for charging this kind of amount with quality of less than 1 dollar. i felt scammed seriously. after this incident, i went directly taobao.com i get another brand of case with slim design, it last very well even I've dropped to floor and it doesn't break the case, and it's only cost me RMB 48, almost 4 times lesser than my previous one with a superior quality. i didn't made up this story and my order ID is 000929796B. I'm not requesting for any exchange because I've really no confidence and trust in this company. good marketing and branding may bring you your first customer, but WORSE products would leave you with bad reviews.

Wouldn’t buy again

It’s a great slimcase for your phone but not very durable, scratches super easily and definitely not worth the price. You’re better off getting a case from Spigen or otterbox. Wouldn’t buy again. I’ve also noticed for whatever reason the case is a bit warped.

I'm you from the future. Don't buy it

I am you coming back from the future to warn you not to buy the case.I know you see those 5 star reviews and think "this sounds great". Yes, initially it does seem great. It's a nice looking case. Initially.After a few months it stretches, starts creaking and eventually comes off on its own.You reach out to their support and they tell you the case works as designed. They offer you a replacement which will have the exact same problems, but you pay for shipping.You demand a refund. They refuse.You point out it's a breach of Australian consumer protection law. They refuse anyway.So here you are, stuck with a useless case, having to buy another one anyway, and frustrated at their crappy and illegal conduct.Or you can just avoid it and buy from a better, reputable brand.

I have only known SlimCase since last year. Only a short period of time yet they made me feel as if I'm a decade customer. Customer Service is 11/10. Product is 11/10. Looking forward to more transactions in the future. Keep it up!!!Hopefully, soon Cases for other Apple devices will be available :)
