Smallpdf features are the best. I can edit, convert, merge and more in one platform. I have been using their services for 5 years now and honestly I have not found another vendor that has the same features for the same or better price. Their customer service staff is always very helpful and respondent. Absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know.
I used the free trial to test a feature of smallpdf. It was good but I do not use it very often, then just after that I cancelled the subscription to not be charged.However, my credit card was still saved in their servers and there was no option to remove it. Then I contacted smallpdf support to remove my card details and the support was good; they removed my details as requested and the process was smooth and timely.
Because they are scammers, I bought a PDF file program from them for 10 cents, and I was surprised that they tried to withdraw $50 four times, and when I contacted them, they asked me for a file worth $5 to complete the complaint. Because of them, I canceled Apple Pay until further notice.
Free Trial with quick 7 days to convert to a full year subscription - no warning that free trial is almost over - no option to convert to monthly with a cancellation. More than happy to cancel your subscription not to renew on month 13 though... Arrogant customer service for an at best mediocre offering - zipping of files was slow.
