I am writing this review out of extreme frustration and to warn others about the predatory billing practices of this company.On September 13, 2025, I was charged $144 CAD without any explicit warning or final consent from me. I was under the impression I was still within a trial period. There was no clear email reminder that my trial was ending and that my card was about to be charged a significant amount of money.To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a refund for a service I did not intentionally agree to pay for, my request was denied—not once, but twice.This was not a case of me forgetting about a subscription. This was a case of the company designing a system to capitalize on customers who are not fully aware that a large sum of money is about to be taken from their account.My money was taken without my active consent, and my polite requests for a refund have been ignored. This is not how a trustworthy company treats its customers. That $144 is hard-earned money, and to see it taken so effortlessly by a company I barely used feels like a scam.I am posting this review publicly in the hope that the company will finally "review their mistake" and do the right thing by issuing a full refund. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone.
