I’m not using the account and have no intention of continuing the service. I’d hoped for a quick, kind resolution — just a small gesture of goodwill.Being charged for something I neither use nor want has only added to the stress during an already challenging financial time.This isn’t just about a subscription — it’s about doing what’s right.
