Despite my efforts, they continued to charge me, hiding behind vague Terms and Conditions that most people wouldn’t have time to comb through. Their auto-renewal policy is deceptive and designed to trap you into payments. Clear communication at the point of purchase? Non-existent. They make it hard to cancel and even harder to get any real resolution. If you're considering using Smallpdf, don’t. There are far better alternatives out there that won’t resort to these shady practices. Look into free or more transparent options like Adobe Acrobat or PDFescape. Save your time, money, and frustration—steer clear of Smallpdf. ---
