This is the first review I’ve ever written for any app or service in my entire life. I paid £1.99 for a 7-day trial, and after the trial ended, they automatically subscribed me to a £39.99 monthly plan without notifying me or asking for my consent. I only discovered this when I saw the charge on my bank statement. When I contacted them to inquire and request a refund, they simply told me to unsubscribe right away. They didn’t inform me that even after unsubscribing, I wouldn’t get a refund.So, essentially, they automatically subscribed me and took £39.99 from my debit card without my knowledge. When I contacted them, they told me to unsubscribe, but they didn’t explain that I wouldn’t receive a refund, even after unsubscribing. I unsubscribed, thinking i might get my money back, but I didn’t.They didn’t even send me an email, notification, or a bill for the payment. They took my £39.99, and I got nothing in return. Their customer service just sent automatic replies, and I received no real support. This feels like a scam. They know people don’t read the fine print before signing up, and they take advantage of that.I would advise choosing other free apps instead, as their service is very similar. If you’re paying £40 a month, you might as well choose a more reliable app with better customer service.
The customer support service is impeccable! They are very quick and actually care to help their customers, they listen to what's being issued and do their best to meet the customers' needs. I, in particular, was helped by Shannen, with whom I had a fantastic experience.
they wouldnt let me cancel my subsrictbtion.i have tried to cancel my subscription 5 times, and every time it says that it have beeen canceled, but then i get a monthly fee from them every month. wouldnt recomend unless you want to get scammed. the product is alright, but the treating of their costumers is a joke.
