It made me convert my .png files to pdf really easily. It helps that they display all the files in one window so that I'll be able to identify what document has a problem. Although, I would like to suggest that you'll be able to sort it alphabetically or in ascending or descending order instead of having to manually arrange the order of the documents when I have to upload a new file. But overall, the experience has been great and if I have to use the conversion all the time, I would switch to pro.
I was charged a one-year fee after the trial with NO communication before, no email, nothing. I contacted the support service within ONE hour and kindly asked for a refund. They provide no alternatives, no apologies, and flat refusal with a rude condescending tone. Greedy!!! never using their service again, ever!
