Small PDF charged my personal credit card for a business account that I am no longer an employee of. I cannot access the business email which the account was registered with and, as the business no longer operates and I am no longer employee of the business, I had no ability to prevent the charge and no need for continued use of the service. I raised the issue with the support team who refused to issue a refund based on the fact that the service was no cancelled before the auto-renewal deadline. As I don't have access to the business email, this was impossible. It's extremely disappointing that customer support is unwilling to assist in the circumstances. I'd suggest that anyone who signs up for a annual subscription should immediately cancel their subscription to avoid auto-renewals without consent.
Are used application for a while and then surgeries and I couldn’t find a justification to use it so I requested a refund and they warmly accepted so I think it’s fair to say that they offer a leading class service among PDF applications
I had subscribed for the free trial for 7 days, I used it 1 time, 1 day, and then cancelled so I wouldn’t get charged. I then later the same day, later on, realized I had to go back to use it and when I went to reactivate they ended up charging me $144.00. I emailed them to complain that all I wanted was the free trial back and they basically said too bad. They took $144.00 and won’t refund my money. Scam artists is all they are.
