I entered Free Pdf Editor into Google. Small PDF came up saying they offered Free PDF editing. Half way through editing the document, they block further editing and ask for a monthly subscription, losing me 30 minutes. That's not free is it.

I had used this service once (very successfully), but didn't need it anymore (at least not for near future). I forgot to unsubscribe from the service and was automatically charged as per terms and conditions. It was my fault that I hadn't unsubscribe on time. However Shannen from customer support was very helpful and understanding. I informed immediately the moment I was charged that this happened by my mistake and they processed the refund. I greatly appreciate such fantastic customer service and I will for sure use smallpdf services in future when needed.
