They promise a 7-day free trial for the premium version, but when you accept the 7-day free trial they charge you immediately for a yearly subscription. I cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended. I contacted the support, but they didn't want to refund my money. This company steals your money under false promises.
good product. More impressively, when I wanted to unsubscribe (I didn't need the service anymore), even though my email had changed and I could not log in, their contact desk replied by email very quickly, and cancelled my subscription with no hassles whatsoever.
I used this site and I subscribe for free 7 days not reading the agreement terms. Today when I got message for annually subscription, I got in touch by support team they guide me step by step and refund my money. Thanks to this professional team. 🙏🙏🙏
5 stars for the programme, but 1 star for customer service. Because I had to merge some messy files - paperwork for my mother after her husband died, I used the 7 day free trial from Smallpdf. That worked well and really helped me out Unfortunately I forgot the unsubscribe in time, so after 7 days I got billed for a subscription for a whole year. I understand it's my own fault, but I really hoped that when I reached out to customer service, they would at least consider changing the subscription a subscription for just a month. That way I would pay for using their programm, but get a refund for the rest. Now I paid for a whole year for something I hardly ever need. I'm really disappointed customer service didn't and just told me I had agreed with their terms - and that's the end of the story ...
I have been using Smallpdf for a while. It's very easy to upload your file and do what you want to do, be it editing, converting, signing and other. It's extremely quick and reliable. You can download your file and share it easily. I don't leave out reviews usually but this one deserves it. Strongly recommended.
I dealt with Shannen via e-mail as I had become locked out of my account and was unable to cancel my subscription. I cannot fault how helpful and considerate of my situation they were. A brilliant app and very helpful for busy businesses. Thank you again Shannen
